Yes Virginia…. in Texas, not only do we race our trucks, they also double as radar platforms. Note the plate on the tailgate from the four star restaurant, The Road Side Road Kill Bar & Grill. (Darn son with the money you saved on the meal seems you could afford a shave.)

What can you say about the driver of this car? He reminds me of my papa, a true West Texas Gentleman. We were talking in the store the morning of the race and both of us agreed that every day we spend above ground is a good day. Enjoy the old storytellers; we don’t get to keep them forever.
